Interchange of information Technical, Organization, Scientific, Investigation, Administration and Community Services with the objective to create Jobs, commercial network creation ending in Improvement of the Quality of Life for the community residents specially in El Salvador and Central America.
The Agreement include two Fundamental Components:
Elaboration, Implementation, Projects/Programs Coordination, Economics, Productivity, Industrials, Commercials, Social, and Investigation. That Allow Human and Commercial relationship between citizens in beneficiaries countries.
